Zusammenfassung:With the respect of building environmentally friendly city, Inductive Power Transfer (IPT) applied in urban light rail transportation has been regarded as an effective way. There are two main topics in IPT power transfer system. The first is to optimize the structures of the track transformer and pick-up to achieve high power transfer efficiency. The second is concerned on whether the Electro Magnetic Field (EMF) around the transformer can meet the criterion. In this paper, an improved 8-Type contactless track transformer is proposed. The ability of this 8-Type track transformer which can converge internal flux intensity by using external leak flux has been verified by theoretical analysis, software simulation and experiments. This advantage can also benefit to reduce the EMF exposure along the track. Further studies have been made on the characteristic of blind induction area of the primary track, the corresponding 3-coil pick-up was proposed after a series of comparison and experiments. An IPT railway prototype using 8-Type transformer has been established, the EV model can achieve continuous power supply.
