Zusammenfassung:In this paper we propose a thermographic transducer based on the thermal effect of the high-power microwave radiation. The transducer consists of three layers: a microwave-absorbing material having known dielectric losses, a thermographic material with an associated scale color-temperature, and a low loss dielectric support material. We assume that the temperature change on the absorbing material depends only on the microwave power, thermal transport being neglected. Within these considerations the microwave power density distribution map is identical to the temperature distribution.
