Zusammenfassung: | The results of experimental measurements of dispenser cathodes shot and flicker noise show that there is a relation between the experimental diodes noise characteristics and the uniformity of emitting surface. Based on these results a computer model was developed to make quantitative estimates of the emission uniformity of the cathodes. This model combined with current-voltage characteristics analysis used for a new comprehensive methodology development. The methodology allows finding the emission parameters with greater accuracy. |
