Zusammenfassung:With the rapid development of industrial production in recent years, multi-motor drive has been widely used in many industries, such as printing, paper-making, bottle-making, etc. The performance of synchronization control algorithm has direct impaction on the quality of production. A fuzzy control algorithm with variable scale factor is proposed for the imprecise model of the system and weakness of conventional fuzzy control algorithm. The scale factor increases to speed up dynamic response when the error of the system and the set frequency of motor are large, and on the contrary, the scale factor decreases to restrain the overshoot effectively. A feed-forward compensator is designed to eliminate the steady-state error of the system. Experimental results show that the system designed with the algorithm has a fast response and high stability.
