Zusammenfassung:The new isolated step-up dc-dc converters based on the trans-Z-source/-quasi-Z-source networks are proposed in this paper. By adjusting the shoot-through duty cycle and changing the transformer turn ratio of the trans-Z-source network, the proposed trans-Z-source-based dc-dc converters have a lower shoot-through duty cycle compared to the conventional quasi-Z-source-based dc-dc converter. The turn ratio of the isolated transformer in the proposed converter could be reduced. This paper presents the operating principles, analysis, simulation and experimental results. The parameter design is provided. The proposed isolated step-up dc-dc converters are applicable for distributed power generation applications where a varying low dc input voltage is converted to a high stabilized dc output voltage with the galvanic separation requirement.
