Zusammenfassung:In small power level induction heating device, half bridge inverter is popularly employed to provide the required alternating current for inductive loads. In this paper, an improved ZVZCS (Zero Voltage Zero Current Switching) half bridge inverter for multi-load based on conventional inverter topology is proposed. And its operation principles are analyzed in detail. Matlab/simulink results by modeling and simulating the proposed circuit show that ZVZCS of the switches are achieved, in which the circuit on the basis of APWM (Asymmetrical Pulse Width Modulation) control is verified. Then the high efficiency of the power supply is obtained. Consequently, the whole heating process is cost-effective.
