Zusammenfassung: | Object we investigate the optimal filter width in post-processing ESWAN data of prostate acquired with a 3T GE MRI. Methods Twenty-two patients with BPH were included in this study. Enhanced Susceptibility weighted angiography (ESWAN) was acquired using a TORSPOA coil in 3T MRI (GE Signa HDxt). All the data were transferred to the workstation (ADW4.5). SWAN software in Functool 2 was used to process the magnitude and phase images. Six filter widths were chosen in post-processing, which include 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 and 128. The magnitude and phase value of peripheral zone (PZ), central zone (CZ) and obturator internus were recorded. The magnitude and phase images were evaluated by two radiologists. Results The magnitude value of PZ, CZ and obturator internus were 1258.4±82.64, 1129 ± 52.04, 1042±59.58, respectively. The magnitude value of PZ was higher than those of CZ and obturator internus (P |
