Raman spectroscopy/PCA based molecule mechanism detection of K562 cell apoptosis induced by adriamycin

Based on combination Raman spectroscopy with Principal component analysis (PCA), a novel detection approach for molecule mechanism of cell apoptosis is proposed and employed to research the molecule mechanism of K562 cell apoptosis.
