Zusammenfassung: | Ultra wide Band (UWB) technology is one of the most promising solutions for future communication systems due to its high-speed data rate and excellent immunity to multi-path interference. The frequency range for UWB systems approved by the FCC is between 3.1 and 10.6 GHz. The printed antenna is designed to cover the UWB in particular, the lower band of 3.1-5 GHz. It is a well known concept that the bandwidth of wire antenna can be increased by increasing the diameter, thickness of wire. This concept is tried here to enhance the bandwidth by increasing the size of the monopole by different sizes and geometries. In this paper, Wide Rectangular Patch is considered and tested its response for UWB applications, and this patch is loaded with one left strip at bottom of the patch on one side and then it is loaded with two strips on either side of the patch, and the three prototypes are tested and their reponses are compared. |
