Zusammenfassung:A new saturation model for interior permanent-magnet machine is proposed in this paper, based on winding function and d/q-axis model. The saturation model takes into account the effects of stator tooth saturation, and the d/q-axis equivalent saturated permeance functions are presented. The permanent magnetic flux linkage and the d/q-axis armature reaction inductances in the saturation condition are derived from winding function and d/q-axis saturated permeance function. It is shown that phase skewing and amplitude attenuation of the permanent magnetic flux linkage and the d/q-axis armature reaction flux linkage are affected by stator tooth saturation. Terminal voltage and torque values for the saturation condition are obtainable from the proposed model, with FEA results showing that the proposed model predicts the saturation effects with good accuracy.
