Analytical BEP expressions of incremental and selective ADmF protocols in cooperative wireless networks
We consider two-hop multi-relay Adaptive Demodulate-and-Forward (ADmF) relaying over Rayleigh fading channels, where cooperation decision is made at each relay according to the signal quality in terms of Signal-to-Noise-Ratio (SNR). Zusammenfassung: | We consider two-hop multi-relay Adaptive Demodulate-and-Forward (ADmF) relaying over Rayleigh fading channels, where cooperation decision is made at each relay according to the signal quality in terms of Signal-to-Noise-Ratio (SNR). Cooperation is then performed by modulating and forwarding the signal to the destination. In this paper, we analyze system performance in terms of Binary Error Probability (BEP). In particular, we derive accurate BEP expressions for selective, incremental and incremental-selective ADmF protocols. Computer simulations are illustrated to confirm the accuracy of the obtained analytical results. |
