Zusammenfassung:A structural simulation strategy was developed for characterizing the ferromagnetic - ferroelectric systems (Z hexagonal ferrite - ferroelectric perovskite) which are developed like nanocomposites with high effective permittivity and permeability. These quantities were determined in the NATO K band (20 to 40 GHz) and their evolutions with different parameters were linked on the intrinsic properties of constituent phases. A derived mixture law with coefficients depending on different internal and external parameters (substitution degree, substitution ion properties, polarizing fields) was synthesized. A ferromagnetic - ferroelectric system tunability ranging from 4 to 22% was achieved, depending on the structure characteristics.
