Zusammenfassung:In telecommunication laser emission modules, thermal management is a critical issue for driving lifetime, performances, and power consumption. Combining studies of the thermal properties of materials, the thermoelectrical behavior of the Peltier cooler, and infrared or thermoreflectance temperature imaging, we experimentally validated a finite element-based thermoelectrical model of the whole emission module, providing valuable information for their optimization.
