Zusammenfassung: | A comparative, qualitative study of a numerical evaluation of specific absorption rates and the experimental assessment of temperature rise near an endovascular stent graft is presented in this work. This comparison is performed at nominal static magnetic fields of 1.5 and 3 T, which correspond to operating frequencies of nominal 64 and 128 MHz, respectively. Each of the two stent modules consists of several metallic coaxial struts, spaced along their common axis and spread over the full length. The analysis shows patterns of temperature increase which correlate with the SAR values determined numerically. |
