Zusammenfassung:Using high current relativistic electron beams for pumping high power excimer lasers makes a lot of problems to be solved by scientist, problems connected with transport of REB in a mixture of pure gas with a small amount of agent containing fluorine. In this paper we investigate the problems of influence of admixtures SF 6 , on transport of REB current and on dynamics of plasma currents in argon.
