Zusammenfassung: | Tremor is a rhythmic, involuntary, oscillatory movement of body parts and is one of the most common movement disorders. New features and, as a consequence, new knowledge specific to Parkinson and normal tremor can be determined through time, frequency and statistical analysis. Some limitations of known methods used for the analysis of tremor time series, especially for patients who might have Parkinson tremor, are presented. Early detection of pathological tremor (e.g. Parkinson) using wavelet coefficients is an essential goal of this research. |
