Zusammenfassung: | According to the relationship between the vehicle's load and the plate spring's compression deformation, this paper designed a new device with self over-load protection which could precisely detect the vehicle's load condition. Also, this paper developed a drive-program of Non-NI DAQ card in LabVIEW, and constructed the data acquisition system which took the virtual instrument as the core. Lots of experiments showed that the results were accurate and reliable, and the design of the monitoring system was reasonable. |
