Zusammenfassung: | According to the current situations of the high price of coal-water-slurry dispersant, heavy pollution and difficult degradation of the refined cotton wastewater, this paper takes acidulation precipitation to extract lignin from refined cotton wastewater. We selects Na 2 SO 3 as sulfonating agent to modified the extraction lignin, the optimum conditions of modification are: the reaction temperature is between 80°C and 90°C, and the reaction time is 180min, the dosing quantity of Na 2 SO 3 and HCHO are respectively 0.8g/g (lignin) and 0.6mL/g (lignin). The performance of coal-water-slurries (slurry of density reaches to 67.86%, viscosity reaches to 820mPa * s) which homemade lignosulfonate is used as dispersant meet the industry requirement of coal water slurry preparation. |
