Zusammenfassung:In order to promote the smooth evolution of telecommunication networks, Softswitch have been widely implemented in Core Network (CN). Moreover, the technique of MSC POOL on basis of Softswitch improves the performance of network on disaster backup and operation efficiency. MSC POOL system achieves these objectives through sharing resource and balancing load among MSCs. However, current method is a static way of distributing the load according to presetted redundancies of MSCs. It would result in a constant heavy load to MSC as the simple average of subscriber quantity, but not considering of actual service type or service time. In this paper, we propose a dynamic scheme based on subscriber characteristic to achieve intellectualized load balancing by transferring service requests from the overload MSC to a appropriate one. It could decrease latency time of service effectively, and handle unpredictable traffic variance when load bursts. We conduct the simulation experiments, and the numerical results demonstrate the effectiveness of our scheme.
