Zusammenfassung: | Cinnamomum camphor a tree is native to China, Formosa and Japan (Yoshida et al., 1969). The traditional oils are obtained from the wood and bark. As Camphor a essential oil has excellent antibacterial properties, studying camphor a oil could provide a theoretical basis for discovering and developing a new high-performance and low toxicity of antimicrobial agents. According to the results of this study, the essential oil of Camphor wood has natural anti-bacterial function, it is bacteria suppression on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Shigella, and Bacillus thuringiensis. The way of oil extraction methods have a significant impact on results, essential oils with SFE-CO 2 extraction's anti-bacterial function is best. The oil with a high content of camphor has an important antifungal activity. |
