Zusammenfassung:Engine model plays an important role in design and testing process of engine and its electronic control system. Based on the methodology of mean valve model, a nonlinear marine liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) engine model is proposed for control-oriented application. The model includes throttle model, intake manifold dynamic model, fuel delivery model, crankshaft speed model, air fuel ratio predicting model. The real-time simulation model of marine LPG engine was established by discrete similarity method, and applied to hardware in-the-loop simulation testing. The results show that the speed and accuracy of the model meet the real-time testing requirements of electronic control system.
