Zusammenfassung:The quality of the vacuum booster plays an important role at automobile braking system. Presenting the states of inefficient detection and limited function in vacuum booster test experiment, this paper designs a measurement and control system of vacuum booster multi-channel experiment. Based on the virtual instrumentation the system introduces PROFIBUS-DP to build communication network. With the combination of the Anti-locked braking system(ABS) communication control system, the multi-channel ABS parallel experiment and the vacuum booster additional ABS test is possible. Compared with existing solution, the system has been proved to be effective, good extensibility and real-time.
