Tailoring the properties of hybrid methacrylates scaffolds produced via two photon polymerization
In this work, hybrid methacrylates based on silane derivates were processed via direct laser writing by femtosecond laser pulses and 2D and 3D polymeric structures were fabricated. A Ti: Sapphire laser, with 200 fs pulse duration and 2 kHz repetition rate, emitting at 775 nm was used. The influence...

Zusammenfassung: | In this work, hybrid methacrylates based on silane derivates were processed via direct laser writing by femtosecond laser pulses and 2D and 3D polymeric structures were fabricated. A Ti: Sapphire laser, with 200 fs pulse duration and 2 kHz repetition rate, emitting at 775 nm was used. The influence of the processing parameters (laser fluence, laser scanning velocity, photoinitiator) on the written structures was investigated. The possible use of the structures in medical devices and tissue scaffolds was also investigated. Fibroblasts cells were grown on the laser processed scaffolds in order to study their proliferation and organization. |
