Zusammenfassung:Following an analysis of standard solutions, a new architecture for the integration of management systems is proposed. It is based on an agent-manager paradigm, with three modelled entities: agents, subnet managers, and net managers. Compared to standard solutions, the proposed one is better in terms of scalability, robustness, cost of implementation and integration capabilities. The proposed model is implemented and verified by using it to integrate IRITEL network management systems.
