Zusammenfassung:In this paper, we present and analyse a spread spectrum chaos-based communication system in a multipath channel. The propagation model considers the direction of arrival and the polarization of each version of a transmitted signal. To increase the performance of the chaos-based communication system, monopoles with different orientations and no space diversity are proposed in the receiver side. In addition, the antenna's positions are optimised to increase the capacity of the system. The new receiver structure has a low array antenna volume. Moreover, the maximum ratio combiner (MRC) algorithm for multi-antenna processing is considered. Simulation results show improvement in performance.
