Zusammenfassung: | In order to provide nationwide broadband access to public safety users especially during emergencies, it is an imperative that the public safety user has access to a shared commercial network This document provides a summary of a proposed LTE based architecture and presents the results for ensuring that the spectrum usage is maximized and public safety requirements are fully met. Simulation based results for various scenarios show the guaranteeing of the radio admission and traffic bearer assignments for the public safety users based on the LTE radio admission control mechanisms and allocation and retention priority schemes. A meaningful approach of a public user allocated space in the shared commercial network results in maximizing the frequency spectrum use as well as ensuring that the public safety priority requirements are met. |
