Dielectric spectroscopy at microwaves

The method of dielectric spectroscopy is described. The method is used to study micro - and macroscopic mechanisms of polarization, nature of phase transitions in materials of different aggregate states. Methods for dielectric parameters measurement at microwaves are classified.
