Zusammenfassung:Analyzed in this paper is participation of Russian scientists and specialists in organization and work of International Crimean Conferences "Microwave & Telecommunication Technology" in 1991-2010, taking into consideration four aspects: publications, participation in committees' work (personalia of 34 scientists and specialists), organization of committees' work in Moscow and Moscow suburbs, contribution of Russian female scientists into the Conference development. The method of bibliometric analysis was used.
