Zusammenfassung: | A CPW-fed monopole antenna with a simple structure to realize quadruple band-notched characteristics suitable for UWB application is presented. The notched bands are realized by etching three single split-ring slots in the radiation patch that generate the rejection of interference with worldwide interoperability for microwave access (WiMAX) and wireless local area networks(WLANs) and cutting two split-ring slots symmetrically in the coplane ground to realize the rejection characteristic at 8GHz for X-band satellite communication systems. The simulation results show that the designed antenna has an impedance bandwidth of 3-11.5GHz for VSWR less than 2, except four frequency stop-bands of 3.3-3.65GHz, 5.1-5.38GHz, 5.7-6.05GHz and 7.5-8.45GHz. |
