Zusammenfassung:Based on the variation rule of the noise measured in the experiment with the rear axle loading process, this paper analyzes the reasons of the changes, and then explores the relationship between noise and vibration of rear axle, and relationship between the noise and transmitted power in order to indicate the direction for rear axle noise reduction. It is shown in the research that the increase of transmitted power does not necessarily lead to the radiation noise of the vehicle rear axle enlarged. Under light load, vibration and noise decreases along with an increase of transmitted power of rear axle; while continuing loading, the gear pair of the final drive contacts fine gradually, and noise radiation level increases. During the whole process of loading, fluctuating of noise is caused by vibration fluctuations.
