The analysis of simulation model of distributed fast polarization scramblers (D-FPSs) for PMD mitigation in high-speed optical communication systems

The PMD mitigation scheme of forward-error correction (FEC) and distribution fast polarization scrambler (D-FPS) is worked out. For investigating the effect of the D-FPSs, the simulation model of FPS is proposed in this paper.
