Zusammenfassung:Based on the structured and semi-structured interview, questionnaire and theoretical analysis, this paper builds the value orientation model of adult residents participating in community learning, and analysizes the main influencing factors of the adult residents' performance in community learning. At last, the thesis gives some suggestions on validity in creating and sustaining community motivation of adult residents.
