Zusammenfassung: | The idea of reconstructed cross-border labors in high-tech industries are based arguments upon globalization in this generation. On the premise of this concept, the issue that advances city competitive conditions should focus on the issue how regional resources with raise start-up businesses cooperate. The way of local government archives collaboration is established diverse incubators in Taiwan since last decade in twentieth century. In this research, the importance of interacting is to explore the relationship and efficient between start-up business and networked incubators. This study utilizes two indicators for the performance evaluation, success rate of start-up business and number of jobs created. The investigation explores the performance of incubator and the determinate of then success and analyzes the degree and characteristics of networking. Our analytical results imply that the labor of networked incubator significantly affects the rate of start-up business and indirectly influences the number of jobs creation in Northern Taiwan. The finding also indicates that the more comprehensive an incubator's organization such as ITRI with lower level of networking outside; however, this incubator center has a complete R&D institution system, and can provide start-up businesses better R&D and innovation support of inside networking than other incubators. Following the results of investigation of this research, start-up businesses can exploit the proximity to well-established district and receive substantial assistance according to their respective needs. |
