Zusammenfassung:Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is a powerful tool for the evaluation of the system and is widely applied. This paper first describes the meaning and the features of public information resources; then constructs model of performance evaluation about development and utilization of public information resource with AHP; finally gives a conclusion concerning influential factors and some suggestions to the development and utilization of public information resource.
