Zusammenfassung:Based on the three evaluation indexes of shifting quality, the main contents of shifting quality control are summarized, and the shifting process control is proposed clearly to improve shifting quality. The active synchronization control strategy of motor is analyzed, which indicates that it has advantages and disadvantages. In order to solve the disadvantages, the control strategy of shifting without clutch operation for a DCM (Dynamic Control and Management) system is proposed. Based on the dynamic model of vehicle power train, the shifting process without clutch operation is studied. The off-line simulation model of the DCM system is built with Matlab/Simulink. Through offline simulation, the up shifting process and down shifting process of AMT are simulated. And the shifting time of various stages of shifting process is discussed. The off-line simulation results indicated that the shifting strategy without clutch operation is better than the active synchronization control strategy of motor. Based on dSPACE and xPC Target platforms, the real-time simulation and bench test are conducted, where dSPACE is used to simulate controller and xPC is used to simulate the vehicle. This real-time simulation verified the off-line simulation model and control strategy.
