Effect of 6-BA and NAA on tissue culture and rapid propogation of Chrysanthemum Morifolium

Stem were used as explants on exploring the tissue culture technology of Chrysanthemum Morifolium. The results showed that the best medium for inducing adventitious bud and rooting were MS+2.0 mg/ L 6-BA+ 0.2 mg/ L NAA and 1/2MS+0.1 mg/L IBA, respectively.
