Zusammenfassung:This research explores the dynamics of collaboration which is based on DART model, grounded on SD-Logic and relational view theory. We expand the DART model by adding compatible and flexible in addition to B2B context. When these elements are combined, it could create co-creation dynamics that could enhance their capabilities in service innovations and create competitive advantages. Furthermore, the changing environment and adoption of IT technology will moderate the effects of the co-creation dynamics, and trust will influence the performance of the service innovations.
