Zusammenfassung: | A time domain model based on matricial techniques is used to study the large-signal dynamics in an asymmetric three Phase-Shift DFB laser structure, which has been optimized in a previous work of the authors near threshold and been referred as being potentially stable for single longitudinal mode operation in the high power regime. These models, generally designated as dynamic transfer-matrix models, are very flexible and are indispensable for a proper evaluation of the device performance. |
