Zusammenfassung:In this paper we present a band pass Auto-Zeroing Floating-Gate Amplifier (AZFA). The amplifier is based on Pseudo Floating gate and in addition to gain, it offers frequency band adjustment. Both the low-frequency and high-frequency cutoffs are controlled electronically, thus the amplifier can be used in design of various time continues filters. The AZA enjoys low component spread and compactness, containing only small size transistors and capacitors.
