Zusammenfassung: | Angular-misaligned shafts connected by gear coupling is the main study object. First introduced a model that consists of two angular-misaligned rigid shafts mounted on bearings. The non-dimensional lateral vibration differential equation of angular-misaligned shaft during startup process is derived, the equation is investigated by numerical integral method. The result reveals that the vibration peaks will appear when shaft rotating speeds pass through near a half of ω c and ω c , the response peaks will decrease little and the rotating speeds corresponding to peaks will be lag with acceleration increasing, the effect of unbalance to critical-harmonic resonance is bigger than it to ultra-harmonic resonance, the effect of misalignment angle or coupling mass to critical-harmonic resonance is smaller than it to ultra-harmonic resonance. |
