Research on the time quota of transmission gear based on MOD

Because the motion time of manufacture time quota is difficult to accurately estimate in Chinese Mainland, the calculation for time period and process costs are not accurate in contemporary railway transportation equipments manufacturing industry. On the basis of traditional calculated method of time quota, this paper formulates motion time quota exploring Modular Arrangement of Predetermined Time Standard of Industrial Engineering, calculates the normal time, considers the time allowance and then determines the standard time of time quota scientifically and reasonably. An example is presented about formulating the time quota of a transmission gear in a locomotive and rolling stock enterprise.
