Zusammenfassung: | The control system coordinated the B-type thermocouple with the AD1674 to realize multi-point temperature acquisition of the sintering furnace, which achieves the purpose of nonlinear compensation by the method of look-up the table. The system uses C language as the module programming. Compared with the traditional PID, it increases the control precision up to ±0.1°C, enhance the robustness and improve the dynamic performance of the system by introduces the Fuzzy-control methods. All of the merits are prove by the process of the simulation analysis based on the MATLAB/Simulink and the practical operation. |
