Zusammenfassung:Under biotic and abiotic stress, various genes of plant can be activated or restrained by phytohormones, especially jasmonic acid (JA) and salicylic acid (SA). The interactions between JA and SA might be synergistic and antagonistic, depending on the stress conditions. Using RACE approaches, a full-length cNDA (LeNAC) from tomato was cloned when treated with jasmonic acid. Sequence analysis showed that it belongs to the NAC transcription factor family.
