Zusammenfassung: | The Reserve Training is essential for the construction of sports teams, and currently has attracted attention at all levels of sports teams. However, the efficiency of Reserve Training is not aroused sufficient attention, which is precisely reflecting the sustainability of building for construction. Based on the study of Shandong province talented volleyball reserve training efficiency, The paper mainly discussed the contribution rate of reserve forces, grade distribution, levels and other important indicators of the trend curve over the past decade, at the same time, the system modeling has been made for the up-level efficiency and the basis contribution rate. Studies suggest that the current basic rate of contribution of the second-tier team is higher than the national average rate by 7 percentage points, and third-tier 3 percentage points. The basic rate of contribution of the three troop shows that the number of the children participated in amateur athletics volleyball training in Shandong Province is declining. Shandong sports athletes are line up to grade level of the basic balance, and the first-tier put the first-line athletes as the main training target while the second-tier view the second-line athlete as the main training target. Volleyball team in Shandong province should fully estimate the reality and development needs of the first-tier, then made out middle to longterm personnel training program to make sure the supply of the first-line players is protected. |
