Zusammenfassung: | The process of single section 2D/3D registration one by one based on the whole bone registration is presented. After linear interpolation, the original 3D CT data had the same resolution in all three direction and the CT volume data is segmented by manual. After calibration x-ray film scene, the digitally reconstructed radiographs(DRRs) are got using "Ray Tracing" algorithm and interpolation by made use of overall DRRs. On the basis of gray value rescaling and histogram specification, the registration method depending on Orthogonal projection SLNC function was used as similarity measure to estimate similarity between synthetic image and radiograph. A hybrid optimization algorithm combined by Powell and Brent was also involved to find out both position and orientation of the target. This method has been applied to the rigid registration of fluoroscopy image on spine and knee and got both pretty good results. |
