Zusammenfassung:A survey of multi-project environment on complex product manufacturing enterprises found that most concurrent project schedules can't be implemented well together, and duration delay became a common phenomenon because of various coordinate reasons. Based on grey correlation analysis(GCA), the paper presented an evaluation method for coordinate level of concurrent project schedules, which provided an approach that project manager can quantify degree of influence for different project. In the method, firstly the factors that can influence coordinate level were defined by enterprise's demand, and its weight was obtained by a quantitative mapping between mood arithmetic operators and binary comparison. Secondly, the reference and compare sequence were discussed according to project priority. Based on influence factors, the method for setting value of sequence was further explained. Finally a correlation coefficient was utilized in calculating grey correlation grade for concurrent project schedules, which was a quantized value of coordinate level. Furthermore, an example on aircraft industry was used to prove the feasibility and validity of method.
