Zusammenfassung: | The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between life stress and job satisfaction. Participants were 6,873 residents from 154 cities and counties in China. The authors used hierarchical linear model to investigate the relationship. Results indicate a significant relationship between life stress and job satisfaction in individual-level and group-level. Additionally, life stress in cites and counties level (group-level) moderates the relationship between life stress and job satisfaction in individual-level. Limitations of the study and implications of these findings are discussed. |
