Zusammenfassung:Attribute reduction in rough sets is a NP-complete problem, which make it difficult to use conventional methods of rough sets in practical application fields. According to binary discernibility matrix of known database an attribute reduction algorithm based on MEC is proposed. The experimental results and comparison of algorithms show that the proposed method is simple and effective.
