Zusammenfassung: | A scheme for an all-solid-state pulsed power generator is described, which incorporates an assembly of reversely switching dynistor (RSD), a magnetic compression section, a trigger circuit based on a step-up saturable pulse transformer, and a thyristor. The generator with a operating voltage 1.5 kV can switch a 2.6 kA pulse current with a full width at half maximum of about 8 μs duration, a di/dt of 0.52 kA/μs. In test, we found that the main current rise ratio is usually limited by the total inductance of the main discharge circuit rather than by the capability of RSD. The di/dt of main current gets to 1kA/μs by decreasing the magnetic switch. |
