Zusammenfassung:	This paper presents a dynamic anticipatory mobility management algorithm which can be easily implemented and integrated in mobile handsets, providing efficient mobility management for personal communications and mobile computing. Performance evaluations show that the proposed algorithm will reduce mobility signalling traffic and therefore increase the existing wireless system capacity with minimum change in the network.
